This is the 16 foot arch I mentioned in an earlier entry.  Layton used System 3 Epoxy to hold everything together with the help of about 80 clamps.  Just about every clamp we had at both stores.  Layton needed to cut a 5/8 rabbit the length of it. He accomplished this by holding a router horrizontally and free handing it.
